The AFR: Alcohol-Free Revolution

We believe alcohol takes away the things that make you, U. and 100% U. is a place to learn how to get all those things back and more—powered by the AFR, a nonprofit committed to helping people all over the world control alcohol and raise consciousness.

We are responsible and have 100% free will to choose whether we react from fear or love. We do not focus on what others do or fail to do; we focus on what we do and fail to do. There are no “steps” to becoming alcohol-free, and there is no such thing as an alcoholic. The important thing is that we know alcohol is addictive to anyone once enough is consumed, and that no one can “handle their alcohol.” Therefore, we all treat alcohol as the addictive substance it is.

Everyone has their own unique relationship with alcohol. We have some people who are or want to be alcohol-free and others who want to control alcohol while still drinking occasionally. Wherever you are on your journey is exactly where you are supposed to be, and there is no judgment.

Being alcohol-free means we are free from alcohol controlling us in any way, but we are not “sober.” In the dictionary, sober means things like subdued, somber, and sedated, but at our utmost essence, we are joy, ease, and lightness. So we are not sober. We are free.

If you often feel fear, anxiety or depression and are yearning to experience that freedom for yourself, you're gonna love your coaches and teammates for walking through all of it with you.

What We Do: “You’ll Never Walk Alone”

To join your AFT teammates for bi-weekly coaching sessions, please create a Skool account.

At the AFR 100% U., we offer donation-based online Zoom coaching classes for people to learn how to control alcohol, improve their lives, their families, and their communities.

Through empowering people, improving individual and community well-being, and inspiring action, we aim to create meaningful change around the world.

We are a safe space and LGBTQ+ friendly. We are not aligned with any religion. We do have coaches and teammates from all kinds of different religious backgrounds (atheism as well), and we recognize, honor, and love the light in each of us. We work on setting boundaries and know that any resentment is a clear sign of boundary issues.

Each coaching session has a $10 suggested donation, but we gratefully accept any size donation you'd like to make! The AFR is a non-profit charity that operates through teammate donations, and your support helps us keep our meetings very private, allowing us all to be open, honest, and vulnerable with one another. This is where the true healing is. Enroll in Skool now and let's go!

NOTE: If you are currently facing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. Our coaches are not professionally trained therapists, and their advice should not be used in place of a licensed therapist. Please read all The AFR's disclaimers HERE.
